Beadnell Towers Terms and Conditions
Arrival & parking:
Bedrooms will be available for use from 15:00 onwards.
There is limited on-site parking at Beadnell Towers, on street parking is also plentiful around the hotel. If you call reception, we will do our utmost to find you an adequate parking space.
Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of your departure.
Online or over the telephone bookings must be secured either by using an acceptable valid credit/debit card.
50% of the full accommodation cost will be charged at that time to the credit card used to secure the booking. The remainder is to be settled on departure.
If you fail to arrive for your booking, the full amount of the entire stay will be charged in full.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hrs before 15:00 on the day of check in without additional charges payable, deposits are non refundable but may be used against a future stay, if taken within 6 months of the original reservation date.
Bookings cancelled less than 2 days of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the booking total.
Failure to arrive for your booking will incur payment of the full amount of the reservation which will be charged to the card details used to secure the original reservation.
Refunds can and will only be issued back to the same card used to secure the original booking. We reserve the rights to withhold 100% of the booking funds if the original card is not available.
Settlement of account:
Settlement of your account is by cash or card on departure.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we are an exclusively non-smoking establishment. In the event of any guests being caught smoking in Beadnell Towers, a surplus charge of £100 will be added to said guest’s bill to cover the cost of any cleaning needed.
In the event of the fire alarm being triggered by a guest smoking in Beadnell Towers, an additional charge of £100 will be added to said guest’s bill to cover the cost of the fire brigade call out.
Damage to Beadnell Towers:
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.
The liability for guests for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest (the lead guest) providing credit/debit card details is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges.
